Our payment methods
Payments can be made via the following methods, and are processed by our trusted partner Stripe.
PayPal
With PayPal Plus, you can make fast, convenient and secure payments for purchases in our online store. A PayPal account is not required for payments made by credit card, direct debit or invoice.
Secure: Your bank or credit card details will be registered with PayPal so that you don’t need to resend them over the Internet each time you make a purchase.
Convenient: Payments can be made with just two clicks, as you can access the bank or credit card details you registered with PayPal instead of having to enter them again for every purchase.
Fast: PayPal payments are processed quickly, so we can ship your order straight away or re-order the items if they are not in stock.
After selecting PayPal as a payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal portal. From there, you will need to log in with your existing PayPal account and confirm the payment. You will then be redirected to our online store, where you will be prompted to confirm your order again. Your PayPal account will be automatically debited with the corresponding amount once you have submitted your order. You will also receive confirmation of payment by email. If you return your order, we will credit the value of the order to your PayPal account.

Direct debit (via PayPal)
This service is provided by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
Payment against invoice
This service is provided by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
Payment by instalments
This service is provided by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
This payment method is only available for orders between €99 and €5000.
Klarna – Buy now, pay later
If you select Klarna as a payment method, you can wait until you receive your order before making payment. The payment term is typically 14 or 30 days. Klarna will send the invoice and payment request to you by email. Klarna processes payments on our behalf, therefore you should make payment directly to Klarna.
Information: If you select this payment method, Klarna will check your credit record in order to determine whether you are eligible for this service.
iDeal
The Netherlands-based payment provider iDeal is only available to customers with a bank account in the Netherlands. If you select this option, you will be prompted to enter the name of your bank. You will then be redirected to the online banking login page. After entering your login details, the transfer details and payment account will be automatically completed, and you will only need to confirm the transfer.
Credit and debit cards
If you select this payment method, you will be prompted to enter your card number, expiry date and CVV/CVC code. Once you have entered these details, we will transmit them using secure SSL encryption and process your order immediately. We accept Mastercard and Visa cards for payments up to €1000. If you return your order, we will credit the value of the goods to your credit card account.
All payments are PCI DSS compliant and require 2-factor authentication with 3D Secure
All credit and debit card payments are processed securely by our partner Stripe. We do not store any credit card details in our systems. 3D Secure is a protocol designed to provide an additional layer of security for online credit card payments. Depending on the credit card company, the protocol has different names (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, Amex Safe Key, Diners Club Protect Buy and JCB J-Secure). When you make a payment, you will be required to enter a unique PIN or TAN, which helps to reduce fraudulent payments due to credit card misuse. Following the implementation of PSD2 in September 2019, the protocol was upgraded to 3DS 2.0 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is now mandatory.
Giropay
If you select Giropay, you will be prompted to enter the name of your bank. You will then be redirected to the online banking login page. After entering your login details, Giropay will automatically enter the transfer details, such as the payment amount and reference. To complete the payment, confirm the transfer with a TAN or mTAN.
Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer)
Sofortüberweisung is a new TÜV-certified online payment system that allows you to make fast and secure online payments using your online banking credentials.
Instructions for using Sofortüberweisung:
1. Complete the bank transfer form
First, enter your bank details (account holder, account number and sort code) so that we can connect to your bank. The bank name is entered automatically. The following information will be entered on the bank transfer form: transfer amount, reference (e.g. transfer number, customer number)
2. Log in to online banking
Next, you will be required to enter the following details for your online banking service: Username (account number or other number, varies between banks) and password..
3. Confirm transfer
Double check that all the transfer details are correct. To confirm the transfer, enter a valid TAN from your bank and click “Confirm transfer and submit order”.
This payment method is only available in Germany and Austria.
Advance payment
If you select advance payment, we will only ship your order once you have transferred the invoice amount to the account stated on your order confirmation. Your order will be reserved for 21 days. If you do not make payment within this period, your order will be cancelled. To ensure that we can process your order as quickly as possible, always quote the order number as the payment reference.
